What This Site Is: fixed publication
This site is a static publication. Every page is a file built in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere on the site. The sitemap lists a single address, and that inventory was fixed when the site was built. Reading a page here means viewing a file that was prepared in advance, not interacting with a live system.

The only terms that bind anybody once a redirect is followed are the ones published by the destination itself.
